Powered by a partnership between web development and communications firms E-Diski and FullCircle Sport, the online medium will provide a basis upon which Leopards will seek to leverage on the growing football community in Southern Africa.
"We have for instance currently undertaking a mid-season tour of Southern Africa, and we hope that football supporters in the countries we are visiting will keep following news on the club via the website."
The interactive features of the website introduce a groundbreaking feature that will see fan submitting their own club-related images, which will then be published on the website.
There also plans to provide more visibility to the club's sponsors and commercial partners, including mobile communications company MTN, Limpopo Tourism, Motor vehicle company Nissan and sport apparel firm Umbro.
"The intention is to bring about a platform through which the sponsors can gain leverage by utilising the website as a means of interacting with our supporters on a constant basis."
Other initiatives on the website include the "creation of banners promoting the club's activities, for instance the next match, social responsibility activities and regular changing of front page images to provide the club website with a constantly a fresh look," Thidiela concluded.
